Hands-on computer laboratory workshops are held in person at the campus, paired with cloud-collaboration tasks. Intake is restricted to 25 trainees per batch to ensure 1:1 computer terminal availability. Start dates and schedule options will be announced; reservations are currently undergoing initial assessment by the Registrar.

- Basic familiarity with using a computer or smartphone
- Able to read and follow instructions in English
- Committed to attend the in-person laboratory sessions on campus

- One (1) valid school or government-issued ID (photocopy)
- An active personal email address (used for course communications and cloud-collaboration exercises)
- One (1) passport-size ID photo, white background

Module 1 — Microsoft 365 Enterprise Productivity
30 Hours-
Session 1.1: Advanced Document Processing (MS Word)
Formatting templates, contracts, restricted editing permissions, and inter-office memos.

Session 1.2: Dynamic Data Modeling & Calculations (MS Excel)
15-day timekeeping engine, logical formulas (IF, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP), conditional formatting, and biometric database logs.

Session 1.3: Collaborative Presentations (MS PowerPoint)
Master Slide layouts and embedding live Excel data charts.
Module 2 — Copilot AI Integration for Office Workflows
30 Hours-
Session 2.1: Foundations of Prompting & LLMs
Constructing workspace commands via the Role-Context-Task-Constraint framework.

Drafting human resource notices, shift modifications, and policy warnings.

Session 2.3: Operational Optimization
Creating logistics templates, fuel cost-reduction SOPs, and virtual meeting summaries.
Module 3 — Enterprise Security & Data Governance
20 Hours-
Session 3.1: Cloud Architecture Security
Configuring MS SharePoint/OneDrive permissions and managing sensitive employee 201 Files.

Social engineering defense, advanced phishing detection, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

Aligning databases with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
